Acceptance

By using EmptyInbox.me you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

EmptyInbox.me provides disposable email inboxes accessible via REST API and MCP. The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Permitted use

• Testing, development, and automation workflows.
• AI agent integrations where a temporary inbox is needed.
• Any lawful purpose that does not violate these terms.

Prohibited use

You may not use EmptyInbox.me to:

• Send or receive spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Circumvent authentication systems of other services in an unauthorized manner.
• Conduct any activity that violates applicable law.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the service.

Account and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share API keys in public repositories. We may revoke keys that are found to be abused.

The API key is the account. There is no password to reset and, for accounts created through the API, no passkey either. If you lose the key, we cannot recover the account or any quota left on it.

Free quota

New accounts normally start with 5 inbox credits. That grant is a courtesy rather than an entitlement, and it is reduced, or withheld, for networks creating accounts in bulk. Registration itself is not refused at that point: the key still works and credits can be bought normally. Read the quota returned when you register rather than assuming a fixed number.

Purchased credits are unaffected by any of this. They do not expire and are not subject to the limits above.

Data and retention

Messages are deleted automatically after 7 days. We do not guarantee delivery or retention of any messages. Do not rely on EmptyInbox.me for permanent storage.

Payments

Quota purchases are non-refundable. Payments are processed via Blockonomics, in Bitcoin on-chain or in USDT (ERC-20). We are not responsible for transaction failures on the blockchain, nor for funds sent to an address after the quote that produced it has expired.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmptyInbox.me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
