Acceptance

By using EmptyInbox.me you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

EmptyInbox.me provides disposable email inboxes accessible via REST API and MCP. The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Permitted use

• Testing, development, and automation workflows.
• AI agent integrations where a temporary inbox is needed.
• Any lawful purpose that does not violate these terms.

Prohibited use

You may not use EmptyInbox.me to:

• Send or receive spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Circumvent authentication systems of other services in an unauthorized manner.
• Conduct any activity that violates applicable law.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the service.

Account and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share API keys in public repositories. We may revoke keys that are found to be abused.

Data and retention

Messages are deleted automatically after 7 days. We do not guarantee delivery or retention of any messages. Do not rely on EmptyInbox.me for permanent storage.

Payments

Quota purchases are non-refundable. Payments are processed in USDT (ERC-20) via Blockonomics. We are not responsible for transaction failures on the blockchain.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmptyInbox.me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
